We have built and purchased several homes all across the country, and by far our best experience was with Darren and Artisan Construction. At the time we were living about 1800 miles away and needed to relocate back to Oklahoma, we found a home that Darren was working on but was still well under construction. Darren went out of his way to ensure all of our needs and desired changes were made, and worked to ensure we met our tight deadline.
Although the home is outstanding and we still enjoy it today, the best part of working with Darren is that as time goes by he still continues to be available if questions come up or when those small issues arise that always do when purchasing or building a new construction home. Often times once you make the final purchase, getting assistance from the builder is almost impossible, but Darren goes out of his way to ensure you are just as pleased after the purchase. Because of this we hired Darren to build our pool house recently. We did not shop around, we simply contacted Darren and told him what we wanted, once again he completed it on schedule and for the agreed upon price – it was a very simple process.
From my experience, Darren builds a very high quality home and doesn’t skimp on the fine details, and does this at a fair and reasonable price. Darren is extremely honest and true to his word, a good communicator, and strives to exceed expectations, these are all qualities I believe that are critical when choosing a person to work with on what tends to be your largest financial investment.
